Quelles sont les raisons qui expliquent les barrières qui freinent l’accès des membres de groupes minoritaires aux postes de leadership ? Comment ces personnes se sentent-elles et comment se comportent-elles lorsqu’elles parviennent à gravir les échelons de la hiérarchie professionnelle ?
